About Us

Patron’s Home Center is a family owned Hardware (and so much more) Store in historic Bardstown, Kentucky. Ron, a Vietnam Veteran, and his wife Pat purchased the store over 20 years ago and that is when it became “Patron’s”. Not only is it named after our founders (Pat and Ron), but it is also named after our customers.  Afterall, a Patron is a loyal customer. Currently, 2 generations, Ron, Pat, Krista, and Steve work in the store each day. The 3rd generation can be seen in our advertising and helping at the store. At Patron’s, family is a big part of who we are as a business. We have many people who have worked with us for over 20 years and everyone soon becomes part of our “Patron’s Family”, even our customers.

We love our town, our Patron’s family, our customers and love being a part of this community.
